With more than 30 years of experience spanning commercial brokerage, mortgage banking, and private capital markets, Henry specializes in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring complex real estate transactions. His expertise includes acquisitions, development capitalization, joint ventures, and private credit strategies, with a focus on aligning capital with well-positioned assets and operators.
