Elinor Crescenzi
Board Member

Elinor Crescenzi is a community organizer dedicated to sustainability, social justice, and collective healing. Her work centers on community-based ecological farming, food and housing access, environmental justice, composting, integrative nutrition education, and zero-waste advocacy. She integrates trauma-informed practice, nonviolent communication, and healing-centered approaches to strengthen individuals, partnerships, and communities.

Elinor holds a Master’s degree in Positive Developmental Psychology and brings over 20 years of experience developing inclusive community spaces across schools, gardens, farms, churches, municipalities, and neighborhood networks.

She serves as a volunteer board member of Sisters of the One Drum and is a co-founder and core organizer of the Pomona-based nonprofit Integrative Development Initiative (IDI), which stewards initiatives focused on healthy food systems, community empowerment, and ecological restoration.
